Each year, we host life-changing events that holistically empower women through motivational and transformative sessions on healing & spirituality, business & entrepreneurship, confidence, beauty, self-esteem, and relationships.

But we are more than event organizers; we are a comprehensive women’s empowerment organization. Founder, DWE International
Carol Lourel Mhlarhi, widely known as the Boss Lady in Heels, is a dynamic entrepreneur, inspirational speaker, and women’s empowerment activist. With a charismatic presence and a strong faith in Christ, she has built a diverse portfolio of ventures that reflect her passion for leadership, business, and personal growth.
She is the founder of Lourel C Holdings (PR, Events & Communications), Divine Women Empowerment International (mentorship and women’s events), Lourel C Consulting International (business coaching and solutions), Lourel C Speaks International, and CM International Ministries.
Carol’s journey in women’s empowerment began in 2010, when she started hosting community-based networking events. Since then, she has grown into a respected mentor, MC, and advocate for spiritual wellness, also producing and hosting her own online talk show, DWE Inspirational Talk with Carol.
Driven by passion and purpose, Carol continues to create platforms that inspire, uplift, and empower women nationally and internationally.
